Digital Manipulation of an acrylic painting

This piece is pulled from the series titled “Take a Trip.” The series was inspired by the 2019 MET exhibition “CAMP: Notes on Fashion”, which used Susan Sontag’s essay “Notes on ‘Camp’” (1964) as its underlying conceptual framework.

Artist Statement

At Dartmouth College, I graduated in 2021 with a double major in Studio Art and Neuroscience. I received high honors for my Studio Art thesis, which focused on digitally transforming and manipulating my previous paintings and photography.
