I take the T to work and draw candid sketches of my fellow riders when they are relaxed and not self-conscious about being drawn. Male and female, young and old, individuals and groups, I draw them all trying to capture their personalities.

Roel Torres is an artist/writer from Worcester, MA who makes comics mostly under the banners of Hypersmash Studios and Bad Kids Press. He lives in Somerville, MA with his lovely wife, CJ.
