Triptych of mixed media pieces. Each piece is 6"x6". The imagery starts with a tee shirt and morphs away from representation.

Jack’s Tee Shirt #1

Mixed-Media

I make a drawing of an object when it ceases to be the object itself. Only when it becomes a metaphor for my emotions, and sense of self and place in this world am I inspired. These pieces moved me through the grieving of my brother’s death.

Artist Statement
