At center, the daytime Boston skyline appears in a pink dreamy haze, faintly reflecting on the calm Charles River. The scene is framed above by the rivets and beams of the BU bridge's underbelly, and framed below by the wooden bridge of the Dr Paul Dudley White Bike Path.

At center, a waxy white bundle of ghost pipe fungus rises from a bed of leaves and lichen-covered twigs. The underbrush seems to melt into the background due to the Bokeh effect.
