What are the requirements for a submission?

Required Application Information

• You’ll need to provide:
• Artwork title and medium
• Your staff title
• Department/Office and campus location
• School or unit
• Image or link to your artwork

Optional:

• Artwork description
• Artist bio or statement
• Website or social media
• ? Adding a watermark or copyright identifier is encouraged.

Requirements for Visual Artwork

• A photo of the artwork
• Alt text describing the image
• Artwork dimensions
• Display/care instructions (e.g., hanging, pedestal needs)

Requirements for Film, Music & Media

• A URL (YouTube, Vimeo, SoundCloud, etc.)
• Burned-in captions for video/audio works
