Requirements for Visual Artwork

• A photo of the artwork
• Alt text describing the image
• Artwork dimensions
• Display/care instructions (e.g., hanging, pedestal needs)

Requirements for Film, Music & Media

• A URL (YouTube, Vimeo, SoundCloud, etc.)
• Burned-in captions for video/audio works

• Complete the application form
• Submit all required information and materials
• One person should apply on behalf of collaborative groups

The submission deadline is December 19th, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.

Open to Harvard employees who:

• Work at least half-time (17.5 hours/week)
• Are not full-time students
• Do not have teaching or hospital-affiliated appointments as their primary role

Also eligible:

• Retirees
• Embedded contractors working on campus (e.g., Securitas)
