You’ll need to provide:

- Artwork title and medium
- Your staff title
- Department/Office and campus location
- School or unit
- Image or link to your artwork

**Optional:**

- Artwork description
- Artist bio or statement
- Website or social media

## Requirements for Visual Artwork

- A photo of the artwork
- Alt text describing the image
- Artwork dimensions
- Display/care instructions (e.g., hanging, pedestal needs)

## Requirements for Film, Music &amp; Media

- A URL (YouTube, Vimeo, SoundCloud, etc.)
- Burned-in captions for video/audio works

**Open to Harvard employees who:**

- Work at least half-time (17.5 hours/week)
- Are not full-time students
- Do not have teaching or hospital-affiliated appointments as their primary role

**Also eligible:**

- Retirees
- Embedded contractors working on campus (e.g., Securitas)
